Enterprise is the important factor to ensure their survival and help businesses grow in the fierce competition in the market for local sales team and excellent management,in order to adapt to the market changes,the sales team for the transformation of the organizational structure is more important means of survival for enterprises to adapt to the market,so how to improve the enterprise to appear in the management of sales team the problem,enhance the ability of company's competitiveness in the market with good sales records,and to ensure the profit seeking development,realize the organization management system which adapts with the enterprise market to realize enterprise sustained and effective development is the main problem of this article.This paper takes the case of M is China Limited company,Chinese in 32 years a total investment of 1 billion U.S.dollars,the number of local China up to 8200 employees,the company worked in M years Chinese,to achieve the company performance continued to grow,to Chinese local staff to establish a comprehensive set of management and evaluation system,while the sales department is also very important in the M sector,how to according to the changes in the market to adjust the structure of effective sales team,improve team cohesion,so that the individual employee performance standards and the evaluation of the sales department management play its role effectively,enhance company performance growth as the main purpose of the analysis and research.The sales team system change is in the company's development strategy,organization and management does not meet the strategic needs of the company,to guarantee sales profits and market share expansion,the foundation for the promotion of new products on the basis,the organization change,focusing on changes in the organizational structure and functions,focusing on the customer sales,internal staff and sales process management at the same time the performance management program department.These changes lead to improve management efficiency,improve staff satisfaction;but also because too much attention to sales management in organizational change and ignore the comprehensive integrated management,for the problem of the performance evaluation index division is not reasonable,resulting in hair department performance The exhibition is not balanced,and the staff performance appraisal system is not coordinated with the organization management in the future development of sales team,we should summarize the experience and lessons,to further improve the organization change mode on the basis of the current reform,focus on risk analysis before,combined with changes in the key content management and comprehensive management after the reform,timely evaluation and assessment,put forward the question and improvement,to ensure the full realization of the goal of organization change.
