Ased On The Field Bus Technology Of Cigarette Control System Design And Implementation

The control mode and application of cigarette sheet processing line is studied in this paper, the main research contents:(1) based on the analysis of cigarette sheet processing line process on the basis of design, based on the technology of fieldbus control system scheme, completed sheet wire system selection, hardware configuration and other work;(2) analysis of the thread main control portion of the device and the control object layout and working principle, and introduces the function of each cabinet and control equipment;(3) studies of SIEMENS PLC S7-400hardware configuration and program design;(4) study of PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus communicationprotocol, communication model, and site equipment, PLC and monitoring management device interconnection; (5) studies of SIMATIC WINCC configuration monitoring design.The application of Fieldbus in the industrial area is more and more widely, especially the Siemens PROFIBUS-DP and the series of SIMATIC PLC field bus,which provide a control system,this system provides a perfect software and hardware support and system solutions. This shortens the development cycle of industrial control system, expands the communication between devices, optimizies the software design and improves the system compatibility. At the same time, using configuration software as the development system software platform, which are able to design a friendly, intuitive man-machine interface on PC, realize the remote control of the device through the PLC.In this environment, in the base of analysing the technical characteristics and the method for communication of a master station, slave station device and control between base composition, compose the industrial control systems in tobacco sheets silk based on bus technology, contractible the automation of our country cigarette industrial and the foreign difference, enhance the core ability of our country cigarette automation industry, has the certain significance of economic and historical.
