SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor)is the abbreviation of sequencing batch activated sludge process,which makes use of the characteristics of rapid degradation of ammonia nitrogen and organic matter by suspended microorganisms to achieve the purpose of sewage purification.This article first describes the SBR sewage treatment process,compares the research and development of SBR sewage treatment processes at home and abroad,analyzes the problems and gaps of SBR sewage treatment automation technology in the domestic,and designs a set of automatic control system based on SBR sewage treatment technology according to the sewage treatment project of Zhong Ye Mei Li.The main tasks completed in this subject include:(1)In order to lay the foundation for the research of this subject,it is very necessary to extensively consult various literature,systematically understand SBR process technology,understand the development and research status of domestic and foreign sewage treatment fields,and understand the problems and deficiencies of SBR sewage treatment technology in the actual application process.(2)In order to formulate the overall design plan,analyzing the process of the SBR sewage treatment system,knowing the process flow and control requirements of the three subsystems,which include the sewage storage and pretreatment subsystem,the process treatment subsystem,and the sludge treatment subsystem,determine the system scale.(3)Analyzing the requirements of the SBR sewage treatment automatic control system,and complete the selection of automatic instruments such as the on-site control layer PLC,frequency converter,Roots blower,liquid level gauge,flow meter,PH value detection analyzer,and dissolved oxygen detection.The hardware configuration of the automatic control system is carried out by using Siemens TIA Portal.(4)The design of SBR sewage treatment automatic control system mainly includes:sewage pretreatment process control design,aeration system control design,PH neutralization reaction system control design,sludge treatment process control design.Then finish the configuration screen of the upper computer by using the WINCC configuration environment integrated by Portal TIA.(5)The control program was simulated and debugged using Siemens S7-PLCSIM simulation environment and Portal TIA.The hardware of the control cabinet was debugged and tested through a signal generator and a multimeter,and finally the goal of system design was achieved.Through this design scheme,the SBR sewage treatment system can control automatic,also can be realized to achieve the purpose of safe,reliable,stable and efficient operation.At the same time,it can improve production efficiency and further improve sewage treatment capacity.This design has obtained the expected effect in the Zhong Ye Mei Li sewage treatment project,which runs well,and has certain reference value for similar sewage treatment projects.
