The dashboard technology provides a stick out a mile, intuitive tool to understand the status of equipment, and it has been applied in different industrial processes and deeply involved in our daily life. It has important application value that using the instrument panel technology to make different post staff to quickly understand the electrolytic cell production status and discover the parameter variation anomalies scope of the responsibilities or causing the anomaly.This paper studies the technology of the network instrument panel, analyses the characteristics of aluminum electrolytic process and production parameters, builds the aluminum electrolysis system of key performance indicators, and combine the web dashboard technology and data mining technology to realize the intelligence analysis system of aluminum electrolysis production data that based on dashboard.This article’s main content and innovation points are as follows:1) Building the aluminum electrolysis production system of key performance indicators for different positions by analysing the actual production data of the electrolyzer and combining with the actual production technology and management system.2) Studying the decision tree classification algorithm on data mining, and analysing the characteristic of each algorithm by comparing with the production data of the electrolyzer. Using two different attribute selection metric information gain and gain ratio of mining to improve the accuracy of decision tree for ID3improved algorithm based on the training set.3) Building the decision tree model that can reflect the correlation between key parameters and the impact parameter by using the improved ID3algorithm.4) Realizing the display dashboard system for different positions by using the instrument panel assembly drawing mechanism.5) Realizing the real-time tracking, analysis of the abnormal condition to build the intelligent analysis system of the aluminum electrolysis production data by combining with the web dashboard technology and decision tree technology.
