The new fund administration standards require all the clients’trade funds during the resale estates trading procedure should be managed and supervised by a third-party fund settlement institution. The whole trade procedure is monitored by the municipal real estate business center, and the trade fund is monitored by a third-party financial institution. This thesis discusses the software development of fund monitoring information system based on the business demand.This software supports qualified third-party financial institutions to monitor resale real estates’ trade funds, supports qualified supervision institutions to monitor the trade transaction to build a new fund monitoring module based on the municipal real estate center supervision. The software can reliably import transaction data to the trade center and bank database. Through this system, users can get variable data report forms, do inquires and statistics to improve work efficiency and reliability. Furthermore, the system supports supervisors to verify and inquire the data from trade center and banks, and automatically create data and files which can interface with other professional systems. Based on the above developing targets, this thesis gives overall demand analysis to the fund monitoring system, defines main transaction function units and their design scenario, and finishes the software developing and program implementation.The test running of this system is stable and reliable, it reaches its main developing targets and will be put into use soon.
