The mobile internet applications are coming more and more popular with the fast growth of mobile network and internet. But the fast growth took the huge impact to the mobile network. Now,2G is the main access choice of mobile internet in our country. Before3G and LTE instead of the2G, as the main access choice, how to fit the need of mobile internet application while the resource is quite limited, how to guarantee QoS, is a problem which we have to solve. In view of the network optimization, this paper tried to find the schemes from two ways:first, wireless network dynamic resource reservation; second, load balancing. The first scheme of this paper is based on the dynamic resource reservation. The existing dynamic resource reservation took high QoS to users while using the network resource efficiently by increasing the resource gradually. But there is one problem, if the starting time of reservation is too early, it may waste too much network resource. If the starting time is too late, the QoS can’t be guaranteed. This paper raised united weak dynamic resource reservation. It gave an initialization based on the probability of the user coming into the cellular. And by the united reservation, it got the balance between the resource and QoS.The second scheme of this paper is based on the cellular load balancing. The existing cellular load balancing can be realized by cellular zooming. But it can’t get the desired performance while the load of contiguous cellular is same high. This paper raised the directional multi-hop cellular zooming. Directional zooming won’t cause too much interference. Multi-hop zooming can realize the load balancing between more than two cellulars.
