The current general information system lays foundation for developing a high efficiency information system for emergency support, and the new system is developed on this basis. This thesis describes the design and implementation of the emergency treatment information management system. The thesis introduces related business domestic and abroad. It discusses the demand analysis, focuses on emergency transaction processing, patient trend, rescue resources statistic analysis and monitoring equipments information management. The it establishes the database design of the system, gives the design scenarios of some functions, such as rescue transaction processing function, first-aid treatment information analysis function, equipments information management and ambulance vehicles information monitoring management function. In the end and discusses the technical implementation of the software and summarizes the thesis.The system has been put into test running. It is reliable, easy to manipulate and has successfully supported the emergency treatment cases. It reaches the development goal.
