| The satellite communication is an advanced communication technology, also an important component of wireless communication. In recent years, due to the prosperity and development of the Internet and its increasing demand, the use of broadband satellite access to the Internet has become the mainstream of the development of satellite communications, which is also an important part of the earth integrated network. The broadband satellite communication combines satellite communication with the Internet, can provide a wider range of network services.Around the design of broadband satellite communication system, there are many hot spots, such as the networking of broadband satellite network devoted to solve the satellite network topology based on the network end-to-end user communication; the research on broadband satellite network security protocol try to transplant the Internet security protocol on the satellite network; the MAC layer protocol problem is to design a rational way of node access and resource allocation, as far as possible to achieve low latency and high throughput results.In this thesis, broadband satellite MAC layer resource allocation in multi-service mode technology, research and expansion of existing simulation platform provides satellite simulation, and effective verification method. The main work are the following:Firstly, structural organization and mode of operation of the current mainstream broadband satellite communications standard (DVB-RCS, IPoS, RSM-A) are compared and analyzed, analyze different system differences lead to the final functional purpose structural forms of organization. MAC layer framing mode, RSM-A system and analyzed using NS2simulation software to build the program to the simulation analysis.secondly,comparative analysis of the mainstream resource scheduling policy (first-come, first-serve mode, priority queue processing mode, weighted fair mode), and highlights a the WRR resource scheduling algorithm, which proposed a simplified the scheduling process.Finally. Terrestrial wireless communication standards analyzed, and WiMAX senior carrying the QoS parameters underlying business processing mode of the priority scheduling parameters being introduced into the broadband satellite communication resource allocation of the MAC layer processing mode, with the previously proposed WRR abstract scheduling process. The combined structures extend the existing simulation module, including simulation platform to increase the type of business, change the header format, adding the priority processing logic, simulation and analysis of the results.We choose the open source simulation software NS2to create the simulation platform. The study about broadband satellite simulation with NS2simulation software is not a lot, so this paper can provide a method on how to create broadband satellite simulation environment with NS2. |
