| With the rapid development of the electric power communications network, the overall level including asset size, quality of equipment operation, business support capabilities,comprehensive evaluation of the power communication network communication has undergone a huge change.Due to the vast area and users dispersed,small-capacity, network complexity,these lead to own a range of data but lack of knowledge.How to collect,aggregate,analyze with the flood data in which extract information that is conducive to the construction of power communication network reveal the hidden regularity.It is urgent for the State Grid Corporation of China to establish a power communication network which id safe, high quality and economic operation.Traditional statistical analysis way to power communication equipment and business security data is mainly collected manually and supplemented by computer.It is difficult to identify the appropriate answer from huge power communication equipment operating data which like a haystackneedle.The drawbacks of traditional data collection methods including letters by post, telephone fax or e-mail are long data acquisition cycle,low efficiency,non-standard data formats.These affect the accuracy seriously and thus lead to the scientific rationality of the communication plan of the State Grid Corporation of China.Therefore,to build a unified caliber, real-time and efficient electric power communication network operation indicators analysis system is necessary.In order to grasp the operating conditions of the power communication equipment and communication services accurately,the paper first analyzed the analysis of the data acquisition indicators and their application status in the power communication,pointed out the lack of power communication network operation indicators analysis,elaborated the necessity to build a unified caliber,efficient real-time power communication network operation indicators analysis system.Second with the indicators analyze situation of the current power communication equipment and communication services completed a needs analysis of the power communication network operation indicators analysis system, including the goal of building,design base,business processes, functional requirements and performance requirements.To finalize the overall design and realization of the various modules of the system and database,shows the completed effect diagram of the system.The system has been successfully applied to the State Grid Corporation of China, it shows that the system has the availability and effectiveness. |
