As the3G network communication and terminal technology developing rapidly, communication service also gradually diversified. The traditiona communication application cannot meet the need of reality. Based on TCP/IP packet switching network, voice, video and other multimedia data over IP become the mainstream of the current network development. Compared with the PSTN network, VoIP is economical higher efficiency and easy to expansion. Many manufacturers provide a good solution on Voip multimedia. On the other hand, SIP protocol in the design has certain safety defect. SIP security problems has always been a key point in the research of academic problems, mainly can use end to end and point to point two ways to protect.In this paper, we give a depth research at on SIP protocol content. Based on analysis of SIP protocol stack, calling procedure, we point the SIP system advantages. What’s more we have detailed research on Android platform, especially on realization of the structure and security mechanism of open source SIP voice which called SipDroid.Then we give a deep analysis of the SIP network security threats and safety defects, testified the great significance of authentication and encryption technology in need to fulfill the safety goal of communication network. We analyzed the existing Sip security protection technology advantages and disadvantages combined with Android terminal characteristics. In addistion, we puts forward an innovative security SIP solution and estimate the scheme of safety effect in theory. In solutions we proposed a lightweight Sip two-way authentication scheme and integrity authentication plans, using SRTP and Mikey agreement which have standarded to guarantee Sip speech data security.At last the paper gives the safety design and realization of the solution, based on the SipDroid source codes. We show the application environment and architecture, composition and the security of key technologies of the system in detail. We build the local network Sip voice environment and testisfied its safety functions, compatibility and performance, achiving relatively good result. Combined with Android platform security Sip system realization, the future research can be planed on ways of key exchanging and video transport.
