Study On Dynamic Warning Monitoring System Of Well Control In Oilfield

By means of Petroleum Engineering in the well control, is well control. In the process ofdrilling wells and if found out, the result will be a blowout, which led to the fire, oil and gaswell abandonment, equipment damage, environmental pollution, oil and gas resourcesdamage or casualties and serious nature and often disastrous accident. Therefore, a set ofeffective suitable for Daqing oilfield well control preventing blowout warning system is verynecessary.In this paper, a set of well control blowout warning system scheme is designed. Firstly,In order to determine the design scheme, The demand of the well control monitoring must beanalyzed. the system is divided into hardware design and software design in two parts. Thehardware part: the data acquisition system, wireless transmission system, data processingsystem and alarm system are designed. In this paper, The ultrasonic level sensor, import andexport flow sensor and outlet density sensor data acquisition are adopted, and Combined withthe GPRS wireless transmission for processing and recording of data analysis, and maddingsound and light alarm. Software part: Firstly, The well control terminal man-machineinterface of monitoring system is designed, It can realize the data real-time acquisition,display and process results, as well as finish the color setting, port setting and parametersetting function.Multiple parameters monitoring processing is adopted in this system and make the comprehensivejudgment, the early warning signal system issued has timeliness, accuracy, design and wirelessdata signal receiving, touch operation, digital curve color display and audible and visual alarm,make the system more intuitive display, operation. It is a set of warning accuracy, easypopularization and application field of well control warning system.
