The traditional development mode significantly increase the design cycle and costs, it is difficult to keep up with rapidly changing market demands.Rapid design technology is advanced and developed for the demand of product diversification, transient in the current market. Directly reflects the profound grasp of the manufacturers on the development trend of customer demand, product mix, design technology and products future trends.For the Competition and challenges faced by the vehicle manufacturers. Car body rapid design system is advanced to improve design efficiency and strengthen the competitiveness of products.In this thesis, the car body is taken as study object, design the products according to the needs of users and the characteristics of car body structural. Establish a scientific and rational module structure. Develop the rapid design system with top-down design techniques and the modular variant design techniques based on parametric for the rapid design of the body structure.The main issues in this thesis are researched as follows:(1) Understanding the development process and current situation of the domestic and foreign high-speed EMU, the problems existing in the design and manufacturing process for high-speed EMU are analyzed. The modern design theory is described, the development of rapid design development and the concept and development of modular technology is discussed.(2) The structural features of the EMU car body are studied, The current car body design process and its defect are summarized. According to the needs of EMU manufacturing enterprises and the structural features of the car body, the needs of car body rapid design system are analyzed. Combining with the needs of car body rapid design system, the necessity of using modular technology is proposed in the car body rapid design system.(3) Combining with the EMU car body structure and function characteristics and the same time, based on multi-level skeleton basis model of car body, body module is divided and modules coding rules are introduced. The module partition results of the car body are evaluated. Based on multi-level skeleton basis model of car body. The module replacement and the variant design of car body is realized by using of the Pro/program features implicit function.(4) According to the functions demand of the rapid design system, The car body rapid design system is developed by using of Pro/E software, Pro/Toolkit and Visual C++MFC class library.The example of the side walls module is demonstrated. |
