Based on the analyze of the substep loading equipment and the principle of the classical control, in order to shorten the software development cycle, rise the accuracy of the data-operation, increase the stability (operation process) and security (data communication), we give up the former control architecture and design a computer monitor system based on the latest virtual technology.Compared with other designs, this system applies the DCS (Distributed Control System), developed by the software LabVIEW. This article shows the basic principle of the monitor system, the structure of the hardware and software, the flow chart and the realization of the LabVIEW.The system has many functions such as data collection and processing, safety interlocks, fault diagnosis and so on. What is more, it can communicate with superior machine, deal well with data such as display, store and print. Therefore it realizes the full real-time monitoring of the powder charge pressing, increases the efficiency as well as the yield capacity and security. In addition, the system adopts series methods, like Anti-Jamming and software-filtering arithmetic to work well with the inputs to increase the reliability of the whole system.According to the application, the system has many well designed characteristics, for example, simple structure , strong security, low cost and universal usage. In a word, it can match the consistency among the data detection, the position machine, the display of the main controller and the report forms.
