Development Of Energy-saving Portable Washing Machine

As the private car increasing, self-service car washing is popular in car owners.Therefore,a saving and portable car washing machine was developed. It takes power from the cigarette lighter and washes the car by the low-pressure water.The car washing machine uses the battery as the power and leads by the cigarette lighter. It needn’t start engine usually when it washes the car. In addition to the power part, the washing machine also includes three parts of motor pump, nozzle and hose. It need consider the shape of the nozzle and the geometric parameters on the jet when it is selected.The subjects completed the selection,purchase of a car washing machine component and design of car washing machine prototype. Some technical processing was used in assembly.Experiment is an important link in this subject. The flow、pressure、lift、water and washing time of the car washing machine is measured. Such as two cars Geely, water consumption is 3.0L and washing time is about 20 minute. Experimental results proved that the car washing machine accorded with the design requirement and satisfied with the practical requirement of washing car. The optimal spray distance and angle which were 200㎜ and 600～700 were measured through the spray distance, angle of the comparative analysis on washing result.The importance of this issue is that it enveloped a self-service car washing vehicle on the design of a modified washing machine by analyzing the experimental results. This self-service car washing vehicle and washing windshield glass washing device share washing device (water pot and motor pump).This can make use of vehicle resources efficiently. Self-service car washing vehicle not only fills the function which washes car’s own body , but also improved the car’s user-friendly design.Such as product removed, it will bring good economical and social benefit.
