"jl" Washing Machine Sales Logistics Model Study

So the logistics cost control has become the most crucial factor with the strongest competition on washing machines.This article provides a study to the positive aspects of a company's sales logistics model. Based on the explanation of general profile of the sales logistics on the washing machines industry, this article focus on the introduction of the concrete implementation for sales model of "JL" company and analyzes the innovatory reason from the aspects of the cost and distribution channels. It also points out the existing problems in the sales logistics model of "JL" company and puts forward the proposal of improving the sales logistics model of "JL" company. Finally, it sets up a decision-making model for outside storage location of "JL" company and processes the demonstration study in a running department.
