In our country, along with theaccelerated process of economic globalization and the rapid development of the marketeconomy, corporate social responsibility has attracted more and more attention of society andenterprise, our government is the formulation of relevant laws and regulations clearly putforward the enterprise shall bear the corresponding corporate social responsibility anddisclosure, in our country the corporate social responsibility research is still in its initial stage,the research of enterprise society responsibility is still mainly concentrated in the connotationof corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility and corporate value andcorporate social responsibility and the enterprise performance an empirical analysis on therelationship between.In this paper, We take two city of Shenzhen and Shanghai listed companies of2009and2010as samples, using empirical methods to test the relationship between our corporate socialresponsibility and corporate borrowing costs, take the social responsibility of the enterpriseattention and corporate borrowing costs associated with negative assumptions in China, andtest the relation between corporate social responsibility and corporate borrowing strengththeory At the same time this is introduced on the basis of enterprise managers motivationfactors to consider different managers motivation to the relationship between corporate socialresponsibility and corporate borrowing costs. In this paper, the theoretical framework is asfollows: First of all, on the concept of corporate social responsibility and the relatedtheoretical system are analyzed and discussed; secondly, by the theoretical system based onanalysis of corporate social responsibility and corporate borrowing cost between the relations,and on this basis put forward the research hypothesis; finally constructs a series of theoreticalmodels to the hypotheses, and through EViews and SPSS statistical software for data analysisand discussion. The results of this study show that: first, in our country, the socialresponsibility of the enterprise attention and corporate borrowing costs are inversely related;second, In our country the system of corporate social responsibility in the excessiveinvestment theory more generally,the social responsibility of the enterprise strength andcorporate borrowing rates are related; third, In our low quality management in enterprise, the excessive investment theory more generally, the social responsibility of the enterprise andenterprise’s cost of borrowing strength positive correlation.
