This article is set in the financialcrisis, analyses problems of the industrial structure of Guangdongprovince, at the same time, combine the relationship between consumestructure and industrial structure, industrial structure’s upgrade will besucceed, only if consider both internal and external demand, althoughimport and export in equilibrium state.
