As an agricultural county, thepercent of farmers in Yichuan County is80percent of the whole county’s population.The issues of "three rural" directly are related to whether or not the target of YiChuanCounty could be achieved from the whole affluence to the. overall affluence.Especially during the environment of the implementation of the new ruralconstructions, the competitions of agricultural have been always increasing and therise of farmers’ income lags behind the increasing of current prices Therefore, theremust take relevant measures on agricultural development in order to enable them toadapt for changes of the marketing developments.On the basis of the investigation analysis, this article points, during the processof agricultural industrialization, that the government of Yichuan County alwaysadheres always to strategies of “industrial making this county flourish and strong,urban and rural integrated and harmonious development", which gradually embark onthe path of economic developments of the technology and efficiency, intensive platetype, the dominant characteristics. With Industrialized operation of intensifiedagriculture, it has been formed a consumer business network system which include thesupermarket of DaZhangShengDeMei and other large supermarket chains andshopping malls for the leader, township bazaars for the backbone, rural farm shops forthe base; Adhere to do three articles, namely:" the adjustment of structures, thecirculation of lands, ecological tourisms ", and guide the masses of peasants to developindustries with local advantages, constantly strengthening the industrial basedconstructions and food productions, and thus achieving a bumper harvest andsequentially improving agricultural production conditions. Accelerate the pace of theadjustment of agricultural structure and steadily advance the construction of newcountryside. But there are also many problems such as large regional differences, uneven development, less leading enterprises, small-scaled, weak capacity to bepromoted, the inadequate of the interests mechanisms, the low degree of organizationof farmers and the low quality of agricultural laborers, seriously affect on the paces ofYichuan County’agriculture industrialization.Based on the above analyses, this paper proposes recommendations asfollowings: raising awareness, changing concepts; expand, strengthen and help the topenterprises; vigorously adjust the industrial structures of agriculture; accelerate to thetechnological innovation of the industrial management of agriculture; perfect themechanisms of industrial management of agriculture; enhance the base constructionbased on local conditions. According to the status of the the Yichuan county‘agricultural industrialization, on the basis on a lot of searching and the developmentof agricultural industrialization information through field visits, surveys, datacollection, this paper go on the research and largely analyze the developing processesof industrialization of agriculture and solve the encountered problems of theindustrialization of agriculture, and provide theoretical supports for the countyagricultural industrializations. Finally this paper expresses my outlooks on the futureof industrialization of agriculture in Yichuan county.
