In the knowledge economy era, knowledge has become the enterprises’ strategicand heterogeneity resource, is the source of acquiring and maintaining sustainablecompetitive advantage under dynamic and complex entertainment, dynamiccharacteristic of knowledge is manifested as the change of knowledge and theprogress of knowledge flowing, that is knowledge flow, which is the source of value.Dynamic capabilities theory was suggested for the reason that explanatory power oftraditional RBV and core competence theory were queried, which provides a newresearch framework for enterprises’ competitive advantage in the dynamic andcomplex entertainment.Through summarizing all the dynamic capabilities literature, it is easy for us tofind out that the present research focuses on the knowledge base, action mechanismfrom the static perspective. This paper researches on knowledge flow managementand dynamic capabilities theoretically and empirically from the dynamic perspectiveof knowledge flow management, which could explore and develop the dynamiccapabilities theory, and guard the enterprises’ management practice.This thesis generalizes and summarizes the national and abroad researchliterature on dynamic capabilities and knowledge flow. Firstly, knowledge flow andknowledge flow management are discussd, and the model of knowledge flowmanagement is built. Secondly, this thesis discriminates the content of knowledge andits characteristic, investigates knowledge quantity required, and analyzes knowledgesearching and optimal path for knowledge acquisition in the process of dynamiccapabilities forming, while knowledge evolution and knowledge flowing areresearched, knowledge guarantee for dynamic capabilities sostenuto existing. Thirdly,this part researchs the relationship between knowledge flow management anddynamic capabilities from two different views, constructs the interactive model andrelational structure model, then studies the process of knowledge flow managementforming dynamic capabilities integrated with organizational learning and knowledgeinnovation. Fourthly, this research designs and grants questionnaire to acquire the data,then the data obtained via questionnaire by SEM are analyzed to verify theoreticalhypotheses between knowledge flowmanagement and dynamic capabilities, and theimpact of organizational learning and knowledge innovation on dynamic capabilities, further research on the relationship among knowledge innovation, organizationallearning, dynamic capabilities and firm performance.
