The Influence Research Of Dynamic Knowledge Management Capabilities On Management Innovation In Enterprises

Innovation is the source of power of enterprises obtaining sustainable development and competitive advantage.With the rapid development of knowledge economy,knowledge flows and knowledge sharing among enterprises,technology homogenization and environmental dynamism results in a significant decline in influence of technological innovations on enterprise performance.Thus,the management innovation theories gradually get development,and quickly become an important means to obtain and maintain sustainable competitive advantage,which emphasize improving the effectiveness of management innovation through knowledge management activities in the dynamic environment,and finally enhance the business performance.The paper takes the Technological enterprise as the research object,and follows the research route of “concept definition and dimension division-analysis of mechanism of effectempirical analysis-suggestions”.Finally we get the following findings and conclusions.(1)This study puts forward the mechanism of the impact of enterprise dynamic knowledge management on management innovation and constructs the corresponding theoretical model.Based on the combing and summarizing the existing literature,this study defines the dynamic knowledge management capability and management innovation.The dynamic knowledge management capability is decomposed into three dimensions: dynamic knowledge acquisition capability,dynamic knowledge conversion capability and dynamic knowledge application capability.At the same time,the management innovation is divided into four process dimensions: innovation idea formation,innovation opportunity identification,innovation program creation and innovation scheme,and elaborates the mechanism of dynamic knowledge management capability to management innovation.(2)This study constructs the SEM model of dynamic knowledge management capability on management innovation.Based on the methods of questionnaire and structural equation model,this study validates the mechanism of dynamic knowledge management capability on management innovation,and clarifies the influence paths of dynamic knowledge management capability on management innovation.(3)This study establishes the system dynamics model of "dynamic knowledge management capability-management innovation".In order to comprehensively inspect the influence mechanism of dynamic knowledge management capability on management innovation,this study sets up three system dynamics models by applying the method of system dynamics,which are "knowledge acquisition capability-management innovation","knowledge conversion capability-management innovation" and "knowledge application capability-management innovation".Then this study simulates the behavioral evolution of the three systems respectively,and puts forward the corresponding system control strategies according to the characteristics of the behavior of each subsystem.(4)The study puts forward the measures to improve management innovation.Based on the perspective of knowledge management,this study puts forward some countermeasures to promote management innovation.One is that participating in the cluster of knowledge sharing can promote the open of management innovation system and keep the sustainable innovation.Two is that introducing management innovation model based on knowledge management system to promote management innovation.Three is that the study proposes the concept of processed knowledge management to promot management innovation from three aspects: knowledge acquisition capability,knowledge conversion capability and knowledge application capability.
