| With the acceleration of global economic integration, competition is increasing.Enhancing competitiveness has become an important measure for consolidating thefruits of economy for each country and realizing sustainable development strategy.Construction industry as one of the important industry of national economy, theevaluation of competitiveness is good for improving the construction industry’scompetitive strength and enhancing national competitiveness.On the basis of summarized research of construction industry competitiveness,the thesis combines with characters of construction industry and analyzes the impactfactors of construction industry competitiveness from three aspects such as fundamentalfactors, core factors and environmental factors. Then it establishes the evaluation indexsystem of construction industry competitiveness including economic competitiveness,structural competitiveness, technological capability competitiveness and the basicenvironment competitiveness with the following factors taken into consideration. Thethesis establishes the evaluation model of construction industry competitivenesscombining G1method, coefficient of variation method and entropy method based on theprinciple of Minimum deviation which is between the objective and subjectiveevaluation result. Finally it takes an empirical research of the thirty first regionalconstruction industry.Use of combination weighting method to estimate the score including economiccompetitiveness, structural competitiveness, technological capability competitivenessand the basic environment competitiveness of the regional construction industry, anddetermine the competitive advantages, disadvantages and the relative competitiveposition of the regional construction industry. According to the problem of excessive gap between the thirty first regional construction industries, the thesis proposes thesuggestions concerned to enhance the regional competitiveness from two perspectivesof the overall and the regional. |
