As the supporting industry of developing economy, logistics industry is a comprehensive industry integrating transportation, warehousing, distribution and information, which almost penetrated into all walks of life, which has strong industrial linkage and driving effect. The development of logistics industry has played a crucial role in improving the operational efficiency of economic activities, adjusting industrial structure, enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of the region. It is known to be another growth point of national economy. Therefore, the research on the level of regional logistics industry competitiveness provides a new path to developing the national economy.This paper defines the relevant conception of regional logistics industry competitiveness. Then, from the viewpoint of emerging competitive, the supply capacity of the production factors, the ability to market demand, the competitiveness of related industries and the government policy, this paper builds a regional logistics industry competitiveness evaluation index system with the competitiveness results theory and Porter’s "diamond model". Next, the author evaluates the competitiveness of logistics industry about the country’s 31 provinces based on Combination Weighting Gray Correlation Method. According to the above analysis, we can get the conclusion: In china, the development of regional logistics industry is not balanced, the competitiveness level of regional logistics industry present a gradually weakened pattern from east to west. Finally, the author builds system dynamics model of the logistics industry as the Henan Province, and qualitatively analyzes the causality of the system elements. By adjusting the different parameters and simulating different policy implementations, to analyze the development of logistics industry. According to the results of simulation, the author proposes some policy recommendations of enhancing the logistics industry competitiveness. Such as, introduce of training logistics professionals, increase investment in the logistics industry, and improve of the construction infrastructure.
