After 30 years of reform, China has developed rapidly, particularly in 2001 after China joins the World Trade Organization, China’s economic integration into the global economy, has already been used as "world factory”. China has become an important link in the global economy. With the rapid development of China’s economy continues to, maturing of Chinese enterprises and international investment environment continues to improve, more and more Chinese enterprises to go abroad, investment in multinational companies, directly facing more opportunities, more risk of the global market. ES fur clothing company obtain a wider range of living space, in order to win more lucrative profits, also set a new image of Chinese enterprises for international, ES intended to join the ranks of overseas direct investment of transnational corporations.This article is intended to identify the ES fur clothing company’s overseas investment strategy research in two parts. Among them, part one research and identify ES basic investment strategies. Address ES fur clothing company multinational companies in overseas operations to enable companies to maximize the profitability of sustainable issues. During analysis, the author balance the ES of domestic market and foreign market, covering both BtoB deal also including BtoC transactions. ES environment within the company through the external environment analysis (SWOT), 4Ps market potential analyses, specific investment objectives and investment principles. In another part of the study is the location on investment strategy. The author through the Europe region in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Finland, and Iceland six investment environment analysis, filter ES branch the most appropriate location. Based on the facts and data ,by applying PEST analysis method, author extend from political,economic, culture, and technology, angle respectively assessment six country specific of reality, according to local supply and demand analysis results, using commercial environment risk assessment/BERI, combining with the strategy and principal. The author will eventually selected out the country for ES fur clothing company established branch by going through the strength and potential.Investment strategy of market demand both at home and abroad; ES site selection process focuses on the company based on facts and data, Svend Hollensen business environment risk assessment/BERI ES has been applied for company branch established in Europe .
