Faced the pressure of dramatic environment changes and the fierce competition, enterprisesare confronted more and more frequent changes and turnovers of staff. The hot issueconfronting researchers and managers is how to attract, select, and retain employees of highlevel person-organization fit. Recently, person-organization fit has become one of the mostimportant research topics in the field of human resource management and organizational behavior.Based on the exsisting research of the person-organization fit and its influencing factors,thisinvestigation focuses on the staff of State-owned Enterprise, make the exploration andempirical analysis on consistent fit, complementary fit and integer fit and impact of therelevant factors.On the basis of the theoretical and empirical study, in this thesis we test the person-organizationfit of the staff of State-owned Enterprise on consistent dimension and complementary dimension,summarize its three factors: personality traits, environmental factors, and management stylefactors.,and proved the the relationship between factors and person-organization fit byempirical test. From the results we can see, different factors on the employee of State-ownedenterprises and organizations fit has different effects. The results of empirical show that there are17hypotheses supported among the proposed19assumptions, and two assumptions were a partassumptions are not supported.Further more, proposals which are benefit to improve person-organization fit were discussedin the end of the paper. At last, it analyzes research existing restrictions and inadequate andpointed out directions for further study. |
