Empirical Research Of Regional Logistics Capability’s Impact To Jiangxi’s Economic Development

As an important part of modern economy and the most reasonable comprehensiveservice mode in the process of industrialization, logistics industry is in the global rapiddevelopment, plays a very clear role in boosting regional economic growth and is named asthe "accelerator" for economy growth. Recently, our country has strengthened the logistics’infrastructure investment, further perfected the logistics nodes, and got through logisticschannels, formed logistics network, finally, enhanced regional logistics capability for regionaleconomy can provides a powerful force to support economy’s development. Jiangxi is locatedin the middle; the logistics activities play the key role in national circulation. Theenhancement of Jiangxi’s regional logistics Jiangxi will play a good role in promotingeconomic development; But at the same time, Jiangxi province belongs to undeveloped areas,the introduction of logistics concept is late, there are less mechanism and quantitative analysisabout how regional logistics capability influence the development of Jiangxi economic.Therefore, it is of important theoretical and practical value to research how to raise the abilityof regional logistics to realize the rapid economic development of Jiangxi province based onthe background of Jiangxi’s rising strategic in central China.This research attempts to set up an analysis framework of regional logistics capabilityand economic system, which is the system coupling of regional logistics ability andeconomy——regional logistics capability driving economic growth——regional logisticsability’s influence of the change of industrial structure. Firstly,10years of concrete numericalvalue data is use to measure Jiangxi regional logistics capability based on entropy weight offuzzy matter-element method; Then, we construct the regional logistics ability index systemfor the medium level, which is distinct from the conventional macro logistics capability andmicro enterprise logistics capability，co-integration analysis is used with the numerical valueand economy (GDP), long-term’s pull effect of regional logistics capability to the Jiangxieconomic is found quantitatively, and answer the statistically significant causal relationshipbetween Jiangxi regional logistics capability and economic gross. Finally, in the timedimension, through the study of regional logistics ability’s three key factors’ effect on Jiangxiprovince industrial structure change, answered the proposition whether it helps to Jiangxiindustry structure adjustment with the increasing of the regional logistics ability.Full text have studied coupling phenomenon of Jiangxi regional logistics capability andeconomic system, regional logistics capability driving economic growth and regional totallogistics capability’s three key factors’ effect on the industrial structure change in timedimension by empirical study, discusses the construction of the indicator system which is appropriate for the medium level, and analyzes how to use enhancement of regional logisticsability to make the general economic development, and put forward the relevant policySuggestions to strengthen the Jiangxi economic development through the regional logisticscapability, which has certain reference value for Jiangxi economic development and logisticsindustry improvement.
