A Study On The Assessment Of Coordinative Regional Economic Development In Bohai Economic Rim

With the developing of reform and opening up, the economics of China provinces and cities are growing at an unprecedented rate. At the same time, unbalanced regional economic development has become an objective fact, Including the Bohai Economic Rim. Coordinative development of regional Economics the precondition of efficient and sustainable development of economy in China, the assessment of the regional economic development has proved a vital problem in the study of the regional economic development, and quantitative analysis of regional economic research focus is the problem to be solved. The content of this article is about the definition of regional economic coordinated development, evaluation, evaluation models and quantitative methods, and the purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for policy formulation.Firstly, the literatures of coordinated regional economic development were compared and analyzed, and on this basis, according to the theory the balance development of region and theory of regional division of labor and cooperation, regional economic growth theory, the writer defined the coordinated development of regional economic connotation. Then around regional economic disparities, and the degree of market integration and industry structure, writer discussed the selection of evaluation and measurement methods deeply, and has established the regional economic development evaluation system and evaluate proposed model.Then, according the coordinated development of regional economic situation in Bohai Economic Rim, writer measured the regional economic disparities, the degree of market integration and the degree of convergence of each year during the period 1980-2009. AHP evaluation model is used to confirming the main impact factors of regional economic development. Evaluation results show that coordinated regional economic development level or degree in Bohai Economic Rim has become much better than before, though there are no standards generally accepted.Finally, many of the recommendations are given to promoting coordinated regional economic development.
