Wuerhe district, which is the intersection of oasis, desert, wetland, lake andother natural landscape, is the most typical arid region. Additionally, as one of themost important oil producing areas in Karamay, it has important strategicsignificance to the development of the oil industry. The early development andutilization of the water resources of poplar is mainly considering satisfying the oildevelopment, ignoring Eric’s water resources volume and resulting in the depletionof lake water resource, so ecological system is destroyed. In2001, the waterdiversion project has greatly improved the conditions of water resources, andresulting in the restoration and protection of ecosystem. Therefore, this studyselected Wuerhe district, where human disturbance is extremely obvious, as the studyarea, based on the1976MSS data, the TM remote sensing image in1989, the ETMremote sensing image in2000and the TM remote sensing image in2009, and theassociated ground survey data and social-economic survey data, and based on thetheory of the geographic information systems, the theory of environmentaleconomics and ecology, combination the studies of Costanza and other famousscholars, finally, obtaining land-use change and its Ecosystem service value changesfor nearly thirty years of Wuerhe district, In order to protect the development of thepetroleum and petrochemical industry, improve the industrial development condition, ensure the ecologic water, and realize the sustainable development of regionaleconomic, social, ecological environment. This research draws the followingconclusions:(1)It can be seen from the current land use proportion and distribution diagramof Wuerhe District (1976-2009): The other land distribution in the area is the largest, including soil, saline soil and swamp, accounted for37%-40%of the total area; Thewoodland and grassland respective accounted for28%-30%and22%-23%of the totalarea of the district, their distribution depends on the distribution of water; The waterarea accounted for1%-2%of the total area; The industrial land has accounted for8%of the total area of the district in; The residents and roads in the area accounted forthe only as mall percentage of the whole, insufficient1%of the total area. The areais with much land and few people from the remarkable.(2)It can be seen from the summary table of land use and the graph of land usedynamic change (1976-2009), Because of over cutting forest, excessive grazing and a large-scale petrochemical industry starting, forest, grassland and other uses of theland generally have a reduced tendency. Industrial mines use, from scratch, from lessto more, seemed to increase a little more evidently. The residents in the town areafrom1976to2009have expanded, which is from1.451km2to5.759km2. Theincreasing amount of the road is very small from1989. The change regularity ofwater area is complex. The area of river has little change, but Lake Eric, the lake areaof43.910km2in1976, has been shrinking in1989, the area was only21.444km2left.Eric Lake water dried up in2000. The area was0. Eric Lake gradually recoveredwater storage, in2009. The lake area recovered to52.260km2.(3) The changes of ecosystem services value analysis of Wuerhe districtduring1976and2009shows that: from1976to1989,in the influence of humanactivity, the water land use ecosystem value reduces1763100yuan; the land usechanges from forest, grassland, farmland and water into city mine, the loss ofecological value is about955200yuan; During the loss of ecological value from1989to2000, the swamp and the waters is most serious, respectively1553800yuanand1570700yuan; he land use changes from forest, grassland, farmland into citymine in land, and the loss of ecological value is about2094900yuan during theprocess; additionally, from2000to2009, the swamp value loss of2447200yuan;grassland loss of7600yuan, the land use types changes from forest, grassland, farmland and water into city mine in land in the process of land use typestransformation, the loss of ecological value is about262000yuan.(4)Using the individual ecosystem services value, the change rate and thecontribution rate to reflect the role of individual ecosystem services value inecological system changes, draw: During the study, the value change rate and thecontribution rate of water regulation and water supply is significant. Since2000, thevalues of disturbance regulation, water regulation, recycling nutrients, waste disposaland entertainment value have increased. However, the other twelve values showedtheir decrease tendency. Therefore, the ecological restorations work in Wuerhedistrict still need to continue hard.
