With the accelerated pace of industrial society, the modern enterprise impact onthe environment and increasing the corporate ecological responsibility ethical issueshas been a cause for concern. At present, China is in the transition of the economicand social development, corporate ecological moral responsibility missing a moreserious problem. Therefore, to change the current status of ecological moralresponsibility missing in China’s enterprises, we must vigorously to enhancecorporate ecological moral responsibility. In this sense, eco-ethical responsibilities ofa community to work together to promote systems engineering, extensivemobilization of various social forces, and concerted efforts to achieve the goals ofecological moral responsibility. In view of this, the article attempts to ethics andtheories of other disciplines, such as ecology, corporate, documentary research,analysis and theory and practice to the combined method of analysis and research onthe ecological and moral responsibility.Corporate ecological moral responsibility, the article consists of four parts:First, the introduction described the moral responsibility of corporate ecologicalsignificance, review, innovation and lack of content.Secondly, through, and moral responsibility, ecological responsibility, and otherrelated concepts to clarify the meaning of the defined ecological moral responsibilityby elaborate the contents of the ecological moral responsibility, in principle, thetransition to the corporate profit maximization theory, production and resourcescarcity theory, fairness theory based on theoretical basis; modern enterprise is theunity of the rights and obligations, the modern enterprise is the unification ofeconomic and social benefits, environmental benefits in the late effectiveness andeconomic interests effectiveness conflict and environmental benefits in the totalprivate and economic interests of the conflict based on realistic basis, its theoreticalbasis and practical basis for the analysis.Thirdly, in the analysis of corporate ecological and moral responsibility for thestatus quo before the first simple exposition of its historical development, and thenanalyze the environmental situation and resource status quo. China’s enterprises inthe pursuit of economic interests, although attention to environmental issues, payattention to the protection of the environment, but the ecological and moralresponsibility commitment to the overall low level of development, the followingproblems: the ecological awareness of moral responsibility is not clear enough, thelack of initiative to undertake the wishes of the ecological responsibility; the conceptof corporate environmental protection lagging behind; economic growth andenvironmental protection in conflict, so that the ecological and ethical behavior isdifficult to really put into practice. The issue is not only the existence of the abovehave their own reasons, as well as government and social extrinsic reasons.Finally, explore the moral responsibility of corporate ecological mechanisms.One hand, enterprises should strengthen the construction of their own self-regulatorymechanism, including: the enterprises to transform their traditional values, the moralresponsibility of the satisfied eco-system in the building of enterprise culture, thestrategy of green production. On the other hand, exploring the ecological and moralresponsibility to achieve the legal mechanisms, which include to improve theenvironmental laws and regulations, to strengthen macro-control of the governmentdepartments and law enforcement; corporate commitment to environmentalprotection of the ecological and moral responsibility incentive and compensationmechanisms; community to strengthen the supervision, to create a good socialatmosphere of enterprises to fulfill their ecological responsibility.
