The CGE Model Construction Of The Policy Analysis Of Wind Power Industry And Its Application

As energy be an important basement of economic social development, its development and exploitbrings great fortune as well as serious environmental problems such as air pollution, ecology damageand climate changing. When compared with the limited energy reserve such as coal and oil that can beonly used once, the clean and recyclable energy, wind energy and solar energy is more like anunlimited energy resources. Therefore, the development of clean recyclable energy becomes aneffective way to solve energy and environmental problems. In this paper, the expense and benefit ofwind power generation and the dynamic development of wind energy industry in and abroad isanalyzed, with the related stimulation policies nowadays used be discussed and CGE model on windpower generation being set up. The demand and distribution of national production is depicted byadopting CES production function and trade function. GAMS software is employed for analyzing theinfluences of wind power policies to the wind power industry and social economy in our country, byimproving the CGE model, setting up a static CGE-LHR model and social budget matrix with modelparameters set. The simulation results on CGE model to energy taxes and wind power subsidies isobtained. The demand on wind power is climbing due to the lack of common energy. The constructionscale and the ratio in energy generation of wind power is increasing day by day, which has an obviousinfluence on social economy. This research further bolsters the competitive edge of wind power as anew energy.
