Having badly suffered from the financial crisis early days, Chinese SMES survive withdifficulties finally. However, their inside flaws have been exposed since then, and boththe development of capitalized marketing and the policies and rules of law are laggedfar behind, from which we get the point more clearly that the key obstacle in developingSMES is always the great difficulty of financing. Although there are many policies havebeen released recently, and innovations of banks and financial organizations have beenmade in accordance with the nature of SMES. All these solutions make little sense forthe widespread distribution and different phase in their development and big differencein capacity of financing. Therefore, the innovation of financing pattern is imperative tomake.We propose a kind of matching and effective financing pattern, which is PE financingbased on the staged and dynamic state in SMES’ development. Methods of literature,statistics, comparison and analysis of authentic proof are used in the paper. First of all,the definition with feature, the related objects and classification, and the currentsituation of the development of PE financing marketing in China are introduced.Secondly, SMES’ financing takes difficulty along with opportunity together due to theenterprises’ both subjective and objective causes. Hence, PE financing, as a kind ofnovel financing pattern, is undoubtedly a significant and important selection for ChineseSMES, and from the perspective of SMES’ shoes, we do lots of research on PE financing by analyzing the performance and risk, etc in introducing PE financing toSMES at their different period. Finally, suggestions and advices are given to thedevelopment of PE financing marketing of Chinese SMES, with analysis of authenticproof in the end.
