The real estate industry plays an important role in economic development inour country, and its healthy development has important influence on our overalleconomic development. At present, the funds of the real estate industry almost fromcredit funds in banks or other finance institution. The key factor affects the healthydevelopment of the real estate industry is whether the credit funds can maximize itsutility nor create the largest investment output. At the same time, make a simple evaluation to the various factorsof the effect of allocation efficiency by using the linear regression model. And usethe partial correlation research to find and analyze the reasons for the phenomenon,to support approaches to China’s real estate credit funds allocation.
