Study On The Existing Problems Of Finacial Management Of Chinese Public Institution Unit

The public institution unit reform is the most important of government institution reform.Since China’s reform and open policy was put into prctice,there is unperecdented chang in Political, ecnomic and social domain. Henee, as to the reform of institution unit, there are pressures from both the top and the bottom.Through a great deal of research and analysis, the emphasis of this article is on exploring the financial management mechanism of institution unit.To make analysis convenience and clear,we defined financial management theory of institution unit,such as. basic concepts, basic intents, basic characters,which campared to financial management theory of corporate.On the basis of theory in financial management of public institution unit,base on the fact of financial mangement,bring up constructing the financial management sysyem of public institution unit,in order to standardize the financial management of public institution unit in China,promote the healthy development of unit within public institution unit.we analysed assst,Income & expenditure,finanacial statement.In chapater four, we reseached a case and analysed existed problems of the unit,we considered three reasons.from organization、economic system and operation dimensions.Consequently,we set out some strategies to slove the problems.such as changing mind、improveing internol control、strengthen staff competence、buliding accountabilitu sysytem.
