Study On The Financing Problem Of Small And Medium Enterprise In Hebei Province

Small and medium-sized enterprises in Hebei province has played a very important role to promote the economic development in Hebei province, it has become the main force of driving economic growth, expanding social employment, prosperity urban and rural market, increase finance income ,construction of new socialist countryside and maintaining social harmony and stability. However, recent years,Hebei province,along with the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, it is more and more difficult for Hebei province to achieve "capital transfusion" through Capital raising, financing difficult became a hot topic as a restriction of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The financing problem of private small and medium enterprise has always been the question for discussion scholars study on, but the phenomenon of financing difficulties has not been resolved up to now.This article plan to explore the influencing factors of financing problem from the development and financing present situation of Hebei province small and medium-sized enterprise, discuss this problem as well as put forward cogent countermeasure and proposal separately from three respects of the nterprises, financial institutions and government policy.First of all, this paper introduced the research background and necessity, and reserch status on the financing problem of private enterprise especially medium and small enterprise from both domestic and foreign scholars, summarizing related reserch results systematically. We classify the domestic research results from the cause for financing difficult and the discussion of financial method of small and medium-sized enterprise. Base on expound the basic concept of the small and medium-sized enterprises and capital raising, we have analyzed the basic characteristics of financing, financing channels and financing method of small and medium enterprises.Secondly, starting with the developing status quo on the small and medium enterprises in Hebei province, dig out that the small and medium enterprises in our province exists imbalance in industrial structure and lack of innovation ability and other aspects of the problem at the same time as the swift development. But, fundamentally speaking, these problems are caused by the lack of funds.Next, the thesis discussed the finacing present situation of small and medium-sized enterprise in Hebei province, which led to the analysis of their impact factors, mainly from the enterprises, financial institutions, government policies and other influencing factors.Ultimately, according to the location advantage of Hebei province and the characteristics of small and medium enterprises in Hebei Province, put forward the solutions and suggestions of the financal problems which small and medium enterprises has. Small and medium-sized enterprises should start with their own management level and financing concept, make the enterprise is more suitable for the current financing environment and system. The financial institutions plays a crucial role in financing work of small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly in Hebei Province, it should contribute more to solve financing problem of medium and small businesses. While the government should provide a more relaxed and regulatory financing environment and more solid supportor for small and medium enterprises.
