Based On The Folk Financial Perspective Of China's Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Financing Problems Research

In the process of the development of our national economy,small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role,is an indispensable part,but in the course of development of small and medium-sized enterprises,the financing problem has become increasingly prominent,has restricted the development of very serious.To solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises need not only formal financial strength,but also need to make full use of private finance,give full play to the joint of the two financial forms,provide adequate funding for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the background,significance,purpose and method of this thesis research on the introduction,expounds the main contents of this paper,the results of the literature review of related research at home and abroad,to determine the theoretical basis for this study;and then introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of small and medium enterprises and private finance,analyzes the current financing situation of SMES and the main sources of financing,financing problems,and analyze the causes of the problem;then discusses the folk finance for small and medium-sized enterprise financing role in two aspects of theory and reality,and describes the shortcomings of private finance to give financial support for SMES;then discuss countermeasures using specific solution for small and medium private finance the problem of financing the enterprise,develop from multiple aspects of development of small and medium-sized enterprises,private finance and financial market in the end;This paper summarizes all the work and key points of this paper,and points out the shortcomings and future research directions.
