Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a continuous process of ongoing deal with their own clients in effective communication, ready to explore the basic nature of the customer’s business demands, and continuingly develop their own products and services provided by the implementation of sustainable improvement and the corresponding improvement to meet customer wishes. The core of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is to communicate with related customer clearly and effectively. Meanwhile, the company’s management is based on the customer, not product or marketing operation. In order to realize the effective communication with customer, CRM becomes the most comprehensive communication platform.WD group, practice in the market, gradually realized that:Under the premise of unclear changes in the market trend, only sustained, strong customer relationships could help WD group to gain a firm competitiveness in market. The relationship among customers with stability and harmony greatly reduce the impact for WD group under the uncertain competitive environment. Therefore, based on the relative industry development dynamic trend, to establish and maintain a stable, harmonious customer relationship increasingly becomes a fundamental long-term strategy for WD group to seek everlasting business development.First, this article describes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts, principles, basic characteristics and WD group present customer relationship situation and problems aim to machinery industry customer group. Base on this, WD group is proposed to implement the customer relationship management (CRM) with its necessity. Then, in this article, WD group as an example is focused on analyzing how company implements CRM. By such research, the experience of CRM establishment and implementation could be summed up and it could provide some reference for other enterprises.
