Drawing on modern information technology, CRM, as a managing technology conducted within an enterprise, promotes a shift of enterprise's concern from the inner activity to competition for customer. The more content and loyal its customers are the more competitive the enterprise will be which brings the enterprise rich profits spontaneously. Meanwhile, the rising level of customer-demanding with the development of science and technology and economy promotes the enterprise to satisfy its customers constantly, which consequently alters the inner managing vision and increases the competitive power of an enterprise.The thesis expounds the present situation of CRM and its implementation theory, on the basis of which the thesis analyzes BuBuGao Company's customer relationship in detail and scientifically evaluates its CRM programmer and implementation. The thesis argues that managing technology is the direct means to achieve the purpose of CRM; information technology provides the technological basis for achieving the purpose of CRM; the reformation of the enterprise itself supports the enterprise to reach its goal. The three factors combine to help the enterprise with the achievement of CRM. Besides, the case study of BuBuGao Company provides the domestic enterprises with beneficial reference to the implementation of CRM system.
