The rapid development of information technology contributed greatly to world economicdevelopment and social progress in the 1990s. The process of the industrialization isengraved with the distinctive imprint of the information age, which is represent that theInformatization and Industrialization has become the engines of the economy. It is veryimportant significance to study the indicator system and methods of Integration aboutInformatization and Industrialization.Tianjin, one of China’s four municipalities, faces the fact that it has not finished theintegration of Informatization and Industrialization. Under this background, it became a majorissue to consider which way will be taken to deal with the relationship betweenInformatization and Industrialization. Based on the Tianjin’s condition, this dissertationanalyzed the theory and the method of Integration between Informatization andIndustrialization, by which it hope to provide some suggestions to push the development ofInformatization and Industrialization.Based on the study about the exist home and abroad theories and practical experiences,this dissertation brought in the system of measurement index, theory and methods ofmeasurement to in-depth analysis the Integration Degree between Informatization andIndustrialization. The research ideas are as follows:1. After studying the exist theories at home and abroad about the condition ofmeasurement, fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making study of the status quo, this dissertationindicated the problems in the current study and definitude the innovation that is notconsidered. It is also definitude the idea, method, content and structure.2. The measurement index system of integration degree between informatization andindustrialization included the following indexes: infrastructure, strategies, structure building,human resources building, application and benefits of integration between Informatizationand Industrialization.3. Analyzing the calculating methods in the design of index system, which includesubjective weights, objective weights and combination weights. In the design of subjectiveweights, this dissertation used three optimized AHP methods: interval-based number,triangular fuzzy numbers and linguistic variables. In the design of objective weights, thisdissertation used five models: entropy-based, maximum deviation, coefficient of variation,correlation and projection pursuit gray. In the design of combination weights, this paper usesthree methods: comprehensive measure of the value of the maximum, minimum and overalltotal deviation portfolio weights.4. In order to establish the measurement models of integration degree betweenInformatization and Industrialization, this dissertation used the mixed data types based on the TOPSIS method, gray correlation method, the gray projection correlation method, ELECTREmethods and the model of integrated ordered weighted operator method.5. In the empirical research aspect, this dissertation used the TOPSIS method, graycorrelation method, projection method and the Grey ELECTRE methods to measure theintegration degree between informatization and industrialization based on the mixed data ofTianjin’s nine major industries. After that, the Borda method was used to sort the results fromthose four calculate methods to find out the short-board industry in the integration betweenInformatization and Industrialization.6、At last, this dissertation suggested it can take government’s macro-control andenterprise’s self-construction to enhance the development of integration betweenInformatization and Industrialization.
