The report put forwardto promote the depth of integration of informatization and industrialization, promote newrequirements for four modernizations about industrialization, informatization,urbanization, agricultural modernization, stress the need to accelerate the formation of anew mode of economic development. Central policies and arrangements not only madethe requirements for our country’s promoting the integration of industrialization andinformation technology, but also the direction.Today, China is in the mid-industrialization, and actively promoting industrial modernization growing stronger is the most difficult mission. We must go along the roadwhich the main line is new path of industrialization with Chinese characteristics and thecore is to promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. Integration of “The Two” isnot only the distinctive feature of the new path of industrialization with Chinesecharacteristics, but also the necessary stage about realization of industrial transformationand upgrading. How to achieve integration of “The Two”, how to better promote deepintegrating of “The Two” is not only the direction and focus for research, but also thefundamental conception of this paper.Integration of “The Two” is taking a new road to industrialization and the inherentrequirements of the inevitable choice. The second part through the limitations of the dual traditionaleconomy model and a simple analysis of ternary economic model to explore theintegration theory, attempts to explore the theoretical foundation about integration of“The Two”.
