A Study On Economic Efficiency Of Development And Utilization Of Agriculture Biomass Energy In Tongliao Inner Mongolia

From the view of the current world economic development, we can conclude that economic development is directly proportional to the energy consumption rate. Development of low pollution, low-emission energy generated unprecedented pressure on fossil fuel-based economic development and energy consumption structure. Development of low-carbon, renewable energy has become an inevitable requirement of energy production and consumption structure in China.Tongliao city of Inner Mongolia is dominated by agriculture that supplemented by animal husbandry, there is considerable agricultural biomass resources and potential utilization of the agricultural biomass. In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of agricultural economic evelopment and ecological environment prospect of Tongliao city, the paper estimates the value of agricultural biomass energy and analyzes the economic benefits of the agricultural biomass energy from the view of value scale and regional-scale. And put forward suitable recommendations about development of agricultural biomass energy in Tongliao regions so as to provide some reference for development of agricultural biomass energy development and utilization.The paper, by using the product ratio method,the net price method and the replacement value method analyzes out the statistical data of biomass energy distribution of Tongliao city. Conclusions drawn from the study are as follows:①The Agricultural biomass resource of Tongliao is rich, the available agricultural biomass energy are:5.6943million tons of straw resource;13.5690million tons of livestock manure and Corn, oilseeds, sugar beet and potato are4.3646,0.1123,0.2090,0.0505million tons.②The agricultural biomass of Tongliao has a significant resource value, agricultural biomass energy resource values as follows:5.01billions yuan of straw resources;42.108billions yuan of livestock manure;26billion yuan of corn;4.09billion yuan of sugar beet and1.48billion yuan of potato.③The agricultural biomass resources of Tongliao city have significant economic benefits. The replacement value reflects the economic benefits of agricultural biomass energy, The energy product of straw that used to heat and power generation In the conditions of the methane fermentation replaces9.78billion yuan and3.12billion yuan value of coal, and in the conditions of the gasification replaces25.44billion yuan and7.14billion yuan value of coal. Livestock manure replacement value is24.65billion yuan, and the potato crop replacement value is0.27billion yuan.
