With the continued growth of Chinese economy, the wealth of the residents has increased. In the case of resident financial awareness, resident demand for financial services is becoming more diverse. personal financial services has been the attention of resident in China gradually. At present, foreign banks continued to increase the attention of the Chinese financial market, U.S. Citibank personal financial services focus of the development has shifted from Japan to China in Asia, HSBC, Hang Seng, BEA also attaches importance to China’s banking market. China’s commercial bank personal financial services rapidly develop in the fierce competition with other domestic financial institutions and foreign banks.This paper first introduces the basics of theory of personal finance services, including the development status of China’s commercial bank personal financial services, the classification of financial products,and the need for commercial banks to carry out the personal financial services,etc. In this chapter, the paper analyzes meticulously all aspects of of the current development of China’s commercial bank personal financial services.At the same time, personal financial services of Chinese commercial banks is in the early stages of development and commercial banks sell mainly financial products. In this situation, the paper describes the variety of financial products in China and its main features, risks, and appropriate groups. From commercial banks and the needs of customers point that the importance of China’s commercial banks personal finance business developmentThrough the introduction of the current situation and the basic knowledge of the commercial banks personal financial services in China, This paper focuses on that a separate operation, the service system is not perfect, product homogeneity, inadequate innovation, marketing system is not perfect, imperfect pricing mechanism, and many other limiting factors that encountered in the development process of commercial banks personal financial services by asymmetric information theory, and points that these factors impact on personal finance and business development. Take the United States and Japan for example, the article describes the development experience of developed countries personal financial services and the development experience enlighten to China.Finally, we learn from the experience of the United States and Japan about personal financial services, for the problem of development of personal financial services of commercial banks,the state should Strengthen the supervision of China’s information disclosure,increased supervision establish credibility files for the customers and commercial banks, the state should step up publicity for misunderstanding of the residents about the personal financial services for creation of favorable external environment of commercial banks in this paper. Chinese commercial banking should also actively improve the service system, innovative financial products and services based on the existing financial products, strengthen the publicity and management of risk,etc. Combined with the case and data of development of Chinese commercial banks personal financial services in2011, these recommendations be described and expanded in many ways.
