Along with the development of sociaty and economic, the domestic small and medium-sized enterprise have played an increasingly important role in expanding employment and promoting the growth of the national economy. New product development (NPD:New Product Development) is one of the cornerstones of the rapid development of enterprise, but also improve the competitiveness of enterprises a powerful means. In the context of globalization and the increasingly mature market economy background, the competition between the enterprise is intense with each passing day, the new product competition pressure is thus growing. However, to achieve the success of new product development, depends on many factors, one of the key factors is to have a good quality of the R&D team. And the good R&D team how to put a good R&D knowledge of successful pass, is now one of the problems of enterprise confused.This article is based on the strategic management, organizational behavior and human resource management understanding, the industry experience and understanding, to Jin Sanli company R&D personnel echelon construction as an example, in-depth analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises in the management of research and development of the intergenerational transmission characteristics and combined with practical work, from the problems found, and timely to find the corresponding solution, put forward medium high-tech enterprises R&D teams knowledge inheritance way, namely medium-sized high-tech enterprises R&D teams knowledge inheritance way, respectively is the explicit and implicit ways of transmission channels of inheritance, explicit transmission channels including formal knowledge sharing and innovation, training, technical quality of forming and developing and book knowledge inheritance; heritage and implicit pathways including mentoring teaching and understanding technology, personal experience of recessive transmission and digitized and personalized knowledge training.This paper discusses the construction of talents for enterprises management strategy and implementation plan. Based on the research summed up a set of related small and medium-sized enterprise R&D management of the intergenerational transmission of scientific theory, provides a set of practical and feasible method, for domestic small and medium enterprises to provide a set of useful, scientific personnel management succession system, thereby realizing enterprises everlasting.
