This paper researches on the influence of transportation traffic development on tourist destination development, trying to draw some conclusions on the domestic traffic development and its relationship with tourist destination development.The first chapter talked about the background and pointed out the research objective through data analysis.Then by using the literature analysis method, the author elaborated the current research about domestic traffic development and its relation with tourist destination development.Based on the preliminary description and qualitative study method, the third chapter analyzed the effect of traffic on the tourism destinations, mainly explaining the expenses and experiencing program, including traffic, is the necessary condition for a tourism destination.The fourth chapter mainly uses the quantitative analysis to study the influence of transportation development on tourist destination development. Quantitative analysis is a very important part, through collecting large amounts of data of traffic development from1996to2010, and combing correlation analysis, cointegration analysis, SPSS19.Ostatistical tools and Eviews6.Osoftware, the author analyzed the degree between the development of transportation and tourism development.The fifth chapter took Anhui Province as a concrete example to further explain the influence of traffic development on the tourism destinations.Based on all the analysis above, the author finally drew a conclusion that with other conditions unchanged, in the limited space, averagely, railway length increased by1%, tourist reception capacity will increase by3.88%respectively. That is to say, every time when railway length is up by10000km, tourist reception capacity will increase by3.88million. Through analyzing, the number of such similar conclusion is20. Therefore, the author made some recommendation accordingly and further proved the guiding significance of this research.
