At the Present, The Relationship between Thai and China are getting intimate. As, Thai and China have many tourism project cooperation, example for Aviation enterprises, Hotel Business Cooperation, Spa Business Cooperation,and high-speed railway cooperation in the future project, also two countries of geographic proximity. Therefore, China has become one of the top ten popular tourist destination for Thai Travelers stands in the fourth place following Malaysia, Singapore, and Japan. Thai Tourists go to China travel each year reach six hundred thousand peoples. In the future China and Southeast Asia countries will open up the ASEAN Community policy that can impact the Thai visitors statistic increasing. According to Thai and China Cooperation, many various tourism project are one of the effects to Thai and China Tourism become the most important travel industry. Currently, the number of studies about Thai and China Perception Tourism Destination Image Research almost be zero. Because the Most of Research focused on the relationship between China-Thai trade regional cooperation. Thereby, the result of this paper is beneficial for China tourism industry as an important tourism development strategy for attract more Thai foreign tourists for tourism future development trend and also benefit for China-Asian is significant open-door policy in the futureIn this study, the purpose is to find out the perceived Tourism Destination Image of China by Thai Tourist, taking into account at Bangkok International Airport, China Embassy, Thai- China Tourism Association Center for collect the data. Using the Factor analysis to find the affect main Factor, and use in-depth analysis of the multiple linear regression to find out the relationship between which main common factor having a significant impact on satisfaction.The Results show that Thai Tourist visit China the most are woman, Most of Tourist are company staff, on the age of 25-65 years, education of Bachelor’ Degree, come from Thailand Capital of Bangkok for the most. The Number of time travel to China focused on once time and five times up. Most Thai peoples travel to China by travel agency, the length of stay of 5-7 days. Spend the money with the average amount 3,000-5,000 RMB. The Most People choosing the period time to travel on long holiday festival (Songkran, New Year, Labor Day).Thai Tourist prefer to share travel experience through Facebook, Instagram. The Thai traveler rather satisfy to China and if they have opportunity will come to China travel again. The study also contrast the perception destination image of China between before and After, The conclusion is after Thai Tourist visit China already, the perception destination image overall better. The security still exist during travel in China the most is sanitation problem, public infrastructure problem. The common factor has a significant positive impact to the degree of satisfaction is Tourism Resource Factor (X1)、 Environment Factor (X2)、 Easy to reach travel (X7).The common factor has a significant negative impact to the degree of satisfaction Tourism is facilities reasonable price factor (X3).The common factor has not a significant impact to the degree of satisfaction is Shopping Factor(X4), Traffic Integrity information Factor(X5), Gourmet Attractive Factor (X6). China should strengthen improve the main five sides is China Tourism offer information, Entertainment and recreation, Accommodation Facilities and Quality Service, Souvenir.According to the result of data analysis, this study gives some suggestions to China to develop of both countries cooperation in the future and put forward suggestions to strengthen the positive impact and improve weaken impact of tourism. And also give the strategic to attract more Thai Tourist come to China travel and give the suggestion of research for China to provide more reference in the future.
