Through studying the Organizational Life Cycle theory and Personal Career Cycle theory, this paper comprehensively and systematically observes and analyzes the contents and the methods of the Career Management. On this base, this paper has conducted a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the present situation and questions of S company’s career management practice in its Growth Period, endeavored to conclude the general rules in enterprise origination and personal career management and proposed the suggestions for improvement. Through the analysis on the features of S company and the organization’s demand toward employees and the analysis on the personal expectation toward organization during the growth period, this paper has established a career match model based on the "organizational and personal growth period." Meanwhile, through the analysis and study in view of the organization, the paper has proposed the corresponding countermeasures. This paper mainly elaborates "the Four Parameters for Career Objective" of Career Counseling Center and gives a detailed explanation and uses the example analysis on multi-channel "comprehensive development routes" of enterprise. The aim is to achieve mutual benefit and win-win objective by utilizing the career match model in S company.By studying the career management system and proposing the specific countermeasures, the conclusions of this paper provides the reference for decision-maker and human resources department of S company. Meanwhile, from the view of micro-organization, it provides a basis and makes contribution to the practical significance and reference value for career management theory study and development.
