Training as an important means of human resources development, because of its unique "hematopoiesis" function, and increasingly by the enterprise attention. Employees from the entry of the first day of all concerned about their career growth, all hope that with the development and growth of enterprises, the achievement of their own career dreams. This paper takes the XY Design Institute as an example,based on the expectation of staff, this paper carries out a research on the training system oriented by career management. The combination of career management and staff training, so that employees in career development on the road to feel the attention and care from the enterprise. The combination of personal development goal and the long-term goal of the enterprise, realize the common development of the individual and the enterprise, realize the value goal together.XY Design Institute is a technology power survey design company, after years of development, has been in the field of power engineering construction has made remarkable achievements, but the company's staff training exist many problems. The according to discover problems, analyze problems and problem solving ideas, using the method of interview, questionnaire method to analysis the status question of XY Design Institute training, problems existing in the training work of search, in different career stages for employees to c arry out training needs survey in order to construct career oriented training system.The author designed a staff training system oriented by career management for the XY Design Institute. The whole training system includes four parts: company development strategy system, career management system, staff training system and system system. Among them, the company's development strategy system to determine the company's long-term development goals. Career management system and staff to dynamically adjust the career development plan, to help employees find the right career training methods. Staff training system is the key, it includes the entry stage of staff training, growing period of staff training, mature period of staff training in three stages of multiple training programs. Each program from the target analysis to assess the feedback are run independently, employees can participate in training according to the needs of career planning, and ultimately achieve their career goals. System security system is composed of a set of rules and regulations related to career management and staff training activities, which ensures the smooth running of the whole training system.Although the XY Design Institute as the research object, but the design of career oriented training system is easy to operate. For the same type of design units to carry out the training work, has a certain reference value.
