Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic development, but in theconditions of market economy, especially after China joins WTO, the competition betweenthe enterprise is increasingly intense also. Especially for small and medium enterprises, itsstrength is not strong, to achieve rapid development will inevitably massive debt, as a resultof the system than large enterprises so perfect, if not timely risk prediction and prevention, itmay lead to financial crisis. Financial crisis if mishandled, it may lead to the bankruptcy ofenterprises. Therefore, enterprise risk management has become an important part of thesustainable development of enterprises, among them, financial risk management is the coreof enterprise risk management. Financial risk management is from the financial activities ofenterprises in all aspects of control and management.This article related to financial risk management theory as a foundation, the integrateduse of the management, investment and economics and other disciplines of knowledge andmethods, follow the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative, from the definitionof small and medium-sized enterprise financial risk management concept, discussed currentour country small and medium-sized enterprise financial risk management problems, mainlythe internal control problems, financial problems, and the causes of problems from theenterprise inside and outside two respects undertook thorough analysis. Looking from theoutside, there is a natural, economic, political and other environmental uncertainty; from aninternal perspective, the existence of internal financial supervision is weak, investmentstructure is unreasonable wait for a reason. For small and medium-sized enterprises, how tosolve these problems, put forward to strengthen the small and medium-sized enterpriseinternal control, strengthen the small and medium-sized enterprise financial activities toaddress the fund-raising activities, investment activities, business activities and the problemof income distribution of each process management corresponding solving strategies. Finallydiscusses how to establish the enterprise’s financial risk management system, separatelyfrom the financial process of fund-raising activities, investment activities, business activities,accrual allocation activity four aspects to establish corresponding estimating index, alsoanalyzed when a poor financial management financial crisis to reverse, puts forward thefinancial crisis to reverse the short-term measures and strategic measures. In face of the different types of financialcrisis, executive key is somewhat different, the main source to solve the crisis.Enterprise financial crisis management strategic measures are mainly the following: toestablish a new performance index. Enterprises should put main energy in the enterprise ofthe advantage industry, so as to enable enterprises in the market more competitive, goodbusiness to maintain the competitiveness of their own will greatly reduce financial risk;absorb professional personnel; to design a suitable enterprise reasonable capital structure,reduce administrative costs; improve the corporate culture, shift leader style. From along-term strategic perspective of establishing small and medium enterprise financial riskcontrol system, in order to reduce financial risk, reduce financial risk loss.
