In the increasingly fierce competition environment, technological innovation has become the Effective way for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. From the seventies and eighties of the twentieth century, foreign scholars began to learn from the ecological point of view of strategic niche management theory to explore the development of enterprises’ technological innovation and the law. For the bud to the maturation process of the new technology to establish a protected space, producers, researchers, users, government and other organizations to implement progressive experimentation and learning to choosing, cultivating, hatching the new technology, which developed into a mature technology and successfully to market, to achieve the industrialization of management process. The theory of Strategic niche management guide the technical enterprises for reference, and for the Chinese enterprises to carry out technological innovation to provide a new way of development.In this paper, answer the following questions:(1)The theory of SNM development process, and how effect the enterprise incubating, hatching and growing new technology to mature into market effect.(2) How the experimental learning effect the market niche? Analysis experimental learning of internal and external each contents and emphasis,and what impact of finally establishing a market niche.(3) The role of external support regulation of the relationship between the experimental learning and market niche.(4) The effect of firm characteristics on the relationship between the experimental learning and market niche.Through data analysis and analysis of a typical case of high-tech enterprises in the park in Meizhou samples, obtained the following basic conclusions:(1) Experimental learning of internal on the market niche have a positive impact, and external learning to market niche has no effect;(2) External support has a positive role in regulating the relationship between the experimental learning and market niche;(3) Enterprise characteristics on experimental learning of internal learning and market niche relationship has positive effect, and no affect on external learning and market niche relationship.
