A Research On Decision Support System Of Telecom Operators Based On Error Eliminating Theory

Decision support systems are human-computer interaction computer applications which to help decision makers deal with semi-structured or unstructured decision-making through the data, models and knowledge. The telecom operator decision support systems are composed of business support systems, operations support systems, management support systems and corporate data applications platform in general. Most of the telecom operator decision support system from a positive perspective to consider the business model, functional architecture, technical architecture and system construction, but is missing from things negative-that is to be studied and designed from the point of view of system error. However errors in the system can be an important breakthrough which to found the improvement points of the system and enhance the business support capabilities of the system. Therefore, this article study telecom operator decision support system not only from a positive but also from the perspective-"System Error".Error-Eliminating Theory adopts advanced mathematics, discrete mathematics, fuzzy mathematics, differential equation, mathematical statistics, systems science, system engineering etc to study the error from quantitative aspect; Logistics, formal logic, mathematical logic, fuzzy logic, dialectical logic etc., are also used to study the relationship of error. Error-Eliminating Theory studies the errors of the various disciplines to use of the theories, methods and the results of research of various disciplines. Its theoretical structure and framework of the basic structures are completed. Therefore, the use of Error-Eliminating Theory study the reason for the error, transmission and transformation of the law for the error,occurrence condition and the mechanism for the error and methods to prevent and eliminate errors of Telecom Decision Support System is a scientific, feasible and innovative approach. Helps to enrich knowledge processing capabilities, level of intelligence and decision support capabilities of the telecom operator decision support system, and there is a great significance to the further development of decision support systems.This paper applies the research of Error-Eliminating Theory-Error Set, Error System and Error Logic to the decision support systems. Research the application of Error-Eliminating Theory in Telecom Decision Support System, especially the application of Error Set, Error System and Error Logic in it. To establish the Error Logic Database, Error Rule Database with the integration of the theory, techniques and model of the existing telecom operators decision support systems. To establish Telecom Decision Support System based on the Error-Eliminating Theory and the model instance.First of all, we have studied the research status quo and key technical issues which hinder the further development of the decision support system at home and abroad. To clarify the application direction of Error-Eliminating Theory in Telecom Decision Support System. Then apply Error-Eliminating Theory (including:Error Set, Error System, Error Logic, Identification Rules, Fuzzy Error Function) to establish Telecom Decision Support System based on it. Through the combination of Error Function, Identification Rules, Error Logic and Error Set to composed of the Error Logic Rule Base and and integrates it into the Telecom Decision Support System model. Finally, through the cases and data explain the appliance of Error-Eliminating Theory.
