Chinese property management gave birth to the early of1980s, and We have made a great contribution on the property management.However, the property management in our country has still been in the primary period, Property management system is not mature, and property management of the legislative process is also slower。 The issues, such us the owners of the General Assembly and the Commission’s lawsuit qualification, the nature of the right to property management, pre-property management, property management contract issues,lack of in-depth study and clearly defined. These vulnerabilities lead to constructions property companies, and the owners. The interests of owners are not well protected. Thus, China’s previous property management system need to be further improved.The article take the Tsui Lake Villa property dispute as the starting point to analyses the basic theory of property management, and find the problems in the basic theory of property management as well as the practices. At last, the article proposes appropriate countermeasures to promote the development of property management. |
