These vulnerabilities lead to constructions property companies, and the owners. The interests of owners are not well protected. Thus, China’s previous property management system need to be further improved.The article take the Tsui Lake Villa property dispute as the starting point to analyses the basic theory of property management, and find the problems in the basic theory of property management as well as the practices. At last, the article proposes appropriate countermeasures to promote the development of property management.
