Study Of Construction And Application Of The Model About Entrepreneur’s Human Capital Investment Value

In the age of knowledge economy, Entrepreneur human capital is an important scarce resource in the enterprise. At the same time, it is a main part of the idiosyncratic human capital. In addition to physical capital, Entrepreneur human capital can also encourage enterprise development and promote economic progress. The behavior of Entrepreneur human capital investment can maintain interoperability between human capital and physical capital and driven enterprises to achieve the desired value. Therefore, how to invest in entrepreneur human capita on the basis of the low-risk and high-efficiency? How to achieve the greatest value of the entrepreneurs? This is the theme of this study. With the changing of external environment, the uncertainty of the income that invest in entrepreneur human capital is also more and more obvious. However, real options can adapt to the environment of uncertainty and volatility, thus, this option broke the limitation of the decision-making in traditional investment, and it provides new ideas for study of entrepreneur human capital investment value under the new situation.The main object of study is entrepreneur human capital investment in this paper. This essay takes combination research methods of practice and theory, introduced the theory of real option, build the investment value model of entrepreneur human capital by Binary Tree. Then analyzed the issue of whether a company should invest in entrepreneur human capital by benefits and values, put forward investment decision program. The last, studied the application of the model in the form of the actual case and drew conclusions.In all, there are five parts in this paper. First of all, according to the available literature and material, the essay discussed the background, intent, method of the study, sort out the research literature and discussed the existing major problems in the study about entrepreneur capital value. The second, the paper mainly explained the real option theory、entrepreneur and entrepreneur human capital and so on, such as the definition, the feature、the category. On the basis of real option and investment theory about entrepreneur human capital, the paper put forward the idea of the constructed model on investment of entrepreneur human capital. And then, according to the thought of real options, the paper put forward hypothesis, made decision-making discipline, set a series of related parameters, and constructed the measurement model of entrepreneur human capital investment. The last, the essay studied and analyzed the application process and applicable conditions about the model. Finally, a case was analyzed to show that the application of the model and the importance of the entrepreneur human capital investment value.
